I'm Gustav. 27, based in Copenhagen, Danish. I'm building things — mostly small software products, mostly with AI doing a lot of the heavy lifting.

Right now I'm running a public challenge: 12 companies in 12 days. One company, shipped end-to-end, every day for two weeks. The thesis is simple: one person can ship more in 2026 than a five-person team could a few years ago. I'm trying to find out how far that goes.
